What You Can Type With Sequel

Sequel has the full alphabet in upper and lowercase. There are no numbers, so you'll need a second font for dates, prices or phone numbers. Everyday marks like !, ?, # and $ are there too. There are no accented letters like é or ñ, so it's best kept to English text.

Ligatures and Smart Letters in Sequel

Its ligatures switch on by themselves in most design apps: certain letter pairs join into one specially drawn shape.

Where Sequel Works Best

Think of Sequel for websites, app screens and clean logos. Its lowercase letters are tall compared to the capitals, which keeps it readable at smaller sizes. The file has no kerning data, so in logos and big titles check pairs like AV, To and Wa and tighten the spacing by hand. It works for headings and body text alike. If the download has several weights, use a heavier one for titles and a lighter one for paragraphs.
