Erica Jung and Ricardo Marcin of Brazilian foundry PintassilgoPrints created Plunct, a wildly eccentric display typeface released in 2017. Emulating the scratchy aesthetic of a lanky ink pen, Jung and Marcin combined erratic geometry with high-energy letterforms to give designers a raw, handcrafted font with immediate visual impact.
