Hagrid Font Family

Cosimo Lorenzo Pancini designed Hagrid, an expressive and eccentric sans-serif font family, which Italian foundry Zetafonts published. Pancini dubbed it an exercise in “crypto-typography”—the love for unusual, experimental letterforms. The typeface takes its name from J.K. Rowling’s legendary Harry Potter half-giant to honor its bold, hybrid nature.
