GE East Extra Bold Font

Boutros International originally developed GE East Extra Bold, a modern, geometric display typeface. Designers widely use it for multilingual Arabic script calligraphy, Urdu typography, and bold branding. Pakistani typographer Ishtiaq Ali Attari Qadri adapted notable variations, such as GE East Urdu. Uniform stroke thickness, wide filled characters, and a strong horizontal emphasis—inspired by the traditional Naskh script—characterize the typeface.
