What You Can Type With Chiki

You get every letter from A to Z in both cases and all the numbers from 0 to 9, which means Chiki can handle full sentences, dates and prices. Everyday marks like &, !, ? and @ are there too. It has 19 accented letters, but not the full set for Spanish or French, so test any non-English words first.

Where Chiki Works Best

Chiki is a natural fit for kids' books, birthday invites and fun YouTube thumbnails. The file has no kerning data, so in logos and big titles check pairs like AV, To and Wa and tighten the spacing by hand. Cartoon fonts are great for short, fun lines. If you place it over a busy photo, add a thick outline or a drop shadow so it stays readable.

How do I install Chiki on Windows or Mac?

Extract the ZIP file, then open the font file inside it. Click Install on Windows or Install Font on a Mac. The ZIP has both OTF and TTF versions of the same font. Install only one of them (OTF is the better pick for Adobe apps), because installing both can show duplicate names in your font list. Restart any app that was already open so it picks up Chiki.

Partly. Chiki has 19 accented letters, but not the complete set for Spanish, French or German. Type your words in the preview above to check before you use it.
