Kimmy Kirkwood designed Bourton (often paired as Bourton Duo for its native script and sans-serif combinations), a massive, incredibly versatile display superfamily, which Kimmy Design published. Kirkwood built the font as a clean, sans-serif alternative to her best-selling Burford family, injecting a distinct vintage Americana, retro signage, and varsity athletic aesthetic into layouts.
