Boring Boron is a quirky, retro sans-serif display font created by independent type designer Tom Murphy VII (Divide By Zero). Described playfully by its creator as “delightfully inept,” it was built from early uppercase design experiments for another font named Angstrom. It serves as the designer’s fourth typeface themed around the periodic table.
