What You Can Type With Angelina

With complete upper and lowercase letters and all ten digits, Angelina is ready for real wording, not just a single headline. Everyday marks like &, !, ? and @ are there too. There are no accented letters like é or ñ, so it's best kept to English text.

How to Use the Alternate Letters in Angelina

Angelina has swashes and stylistic alternates built in as OpenType features. In Illustrator and InDesign, open the Glyphs panel (Window > Type) and select a letter to see its alternates. In Photoshop, use Window > Glyphs. Figma shows them under the text settings as OpenType features. Canva and Cricut Design Space can't reach OpenType alternates, so for those, set the word in a desktop app first and import it as an SVG. Its ligatures switch on by themselves in most design apps: certain letter pairs join into one specially drawn shape.

Where Angelina Works Best

Think of Angelina for wedding invitations, certificates and elegant quotes. Its lowercase letters are small compared to the capitals, so set it a size or two bigger than usual. Script fonts read best in short bursts, so keep it to names, titles and one-line quotes. Skip all caps: script capitals are drawn to start a word, not to fill one.
