Americana Font Regular

Richard Isbell designed Americana Regular (also known as Americana Std Roman), a distinctive, wide-set serif typeface, in 1965. The American Type Founders (ATF) released it in 1966 as a “return to elegance,” turning it into one of the foundry’s most successful mid-century releases. Graphic designers and typographers still highly regard it for its grand, patriotic visual presence.
